Bladder and testicular cancer

This page points at research, and at resources published by other organisations. It is not advice about your own care or treatment.

Published by other organisations

2 booklets and reports published by other organisations. These belong to whoever wrote them and are not hosted here. Every link goes to the publisher’s own page for the resource.

Which of these appear, and how they are grouped, is a choice made for this site. It is not Hei Āhuru Mōwai’s view on what any of them says. What each one records about its edition, including where a newer one has been published since, is shown with the resource, along with any funding statement the publisher makes.

  • Understanding Bladder Cancer: A guide for people with cancer, their families and friends (opens on Cancer Council Australia’s website)

    Booklet · 2024

Cancer Council Australia's booklet on bladder cancer, April 2024 edition, developed by Cancer Council NSW on behalf of all state and territory Cancer Councils and reviewed about every two years.

Also in other languages. Not listed on Cancer Council Australia's multilingual-resources page (checked directly); no te reo Māori or other-language version found.

Currency: Newer edition than catalogued: the booklet's own colophon reads "First published October 2007. This edition April 2026. © Cancer Council Australia 2026. ISBN 978 1 923073 47 0", against Hei Āhuru Mōwai's catalogued 2024-04-01 copy. Developed by Cancer Council NSW on behalf of all state and territory Cancer Councils as part of Cancer Council Australia's National Cancer Information Subcommittee. The same April 2026 file is also mirrored at cancercouncil.com.au (Cancer Council NSW); the cancer.org.au link above is the national body's own page and is the one to use.

The publisher states: "This booklet is funded through the generosity of the people of Australia. To support Cancer Council, call your local Cancer Council or visit your local website."

  • Understanding Testicular Cancer: A guide for people affected by cancer (opens on Cancer Council Australia’s website)

    Booklet · 2023

Cancer Council Australia's booklet on testicular cancer, August 2023 edition, developed by Cancer Council NSW on behalf of all state and territory Cancer Councils and reviewed about every two years.

Also in other languages. Not listed on Cancer Council Australia's multilingual-resources page (checked directly); no te reo Māori or other-language version found.

Currency: Cancer Council Australia has replaced the full booklet with a shorter fact sheet since Hei Āhuru Mōwai's catalogue entry was filed. The catalogued title matches the August 2023 edition ("A guide for people with cancer, their families and friends", 60 pages, ISBN 978 1 923073 00 5, still hosted separately at cancercouncil.com.au). The publisher's own live page at cancer.org.au now serves a different, 8-page document at the same URL slug: "Understanding Testicular Cancer – A guide for people affected by cancer", coded CAN26599 08/25, © Cancer Council Australia 2025. This is the current document at the publisher's national page, so it is the one linked here, but note the title and format changed – it is materially shorter than what Hei Āhuru Mōwai catalogued.

The publisher states: "This fact sheet is funded through the generosity of the people of Australia. To support Cancer Council, call your local Cancer Council or visit your local website."

In our library

Nothing in our own library is specific to bladder and testicular cancer. What we publish is mostly cross-cutting – annual reports, evaluations and reports that span the whole cancer pathway – and all of it is at Rauemi.
